We are Emile and Simon and our passion is making leather goods. As collectors of luxury leather goods, we developed a passion for the product. This passion grew into a dream to learn the wonderful craft of maroquinerie ourselves. Through a large dose of self-discipline and perseverance, we learned the tricks of the trade. It was a welcome respite from our busy jobs in the health sector. We were not soft on ourselves, however, and strived for perfection: only the best quality was good enough for us. It became a search for the best leathers, tools, the optimal layout of our workshop, … but also a search for ourselves, whereby we realised that we wanted to do this for the rest of our lives.
